Ms. Martsolf directs the Training Institute of Urban Engineers, which provides internal and external training on a variety of topics. Ms. Martsolf manages the process through needs analysis, course development, development of learning outcomes, development of learning assessments, and final evaluation.
Since its inception, the Urban Engineers Training Institute has held approximately 100 learning events including, “Cost Estimating”, “Scheduling”, “Engineering Ethics: The Professional Engineer’s Challenge”, “Constructability Reviews: Save Time, Money, and Resources”, “Stormwater Management”, and “Bike Trail Engineering Design.”
Ms. Martsolf supervises, organizes, and administers activities of the Training Department at the strategic and operational levels. Develops and implements policies and procedures related to corporate?wide training and professional development programs. Develops training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs that facilitate continuing education, professional development, leadership development, and continuous learning for employees. Manages and coordinates with other departments, e.g., IT, HR, etc. to record and digitally broadcast training activities. Manages the process of, and compliance for, the continuing education accreditations for engineering, including but not limited to, the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP). Designs and develops training programs through the Urban Engineers Training Institute, including external programs. Performs needs analyses and reviews organizational resources to ascertain that learning and development resources exist and are developed to support learning needs.

Daryl Lim brings 15 years of experience in designing and creating a wide range of people related solutions. He has designed and co-created business and people management strategies working around employee career journeys.

He also helps individuals to design and build their own personal branding while enhancing their own career progression.
His current clientele include organisations from various industries such as public transport, education, IT, government agencies, SPA, F&B, hotel, cleaning, manufacturing, defence, etc. He has designed a first-in-the-world digital solution to goal management in organisations while ensuring strategic alignment.
As a Workforce Development Consultant, he co-managed the review of the WSQ Retail Competency Map in 2008, working with over 30 retail organisations. He managed the development of 77 WSQ Retail CS and CTAGs, of which, three were developed by him. In the same year, he also co-developed the WSQ Composite Assessment Plan for the Retail Industry.
