Ms. Martsolf directs the Training Institute of Urban Engineers, which provides internal and external training on a variety of topics.  Ms. Martsolf manages the process through needs analysis, course development, development of learning outcomes, development of learning assessments, and final evaluation.

Since its inception, the Urban Engineers Training Institute has held approximately 100 learning events including, “Cost Estimating”, “Scheduling”, “Engineering Ethics:  The Professional Engineer’s Challenge”, “Constructability Reviews:  Save Time, Money, and Resources”, “Stormwater Management”, and “Bike Trail Engineering Design.”

Ms. Martsolf supervises, organizes, and administers activities of the Training Department at the strategic and operational levels. Develops and implements policies and procedures related to corporate?wide training and professional development programs. Develops training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs that facilitate continuing education, professional development, leadership development, and continuous learning for employees. Manages and coordinates with other departments, e.g., IT, HR, etc. to record and digitally broadcast training activities. Manages the process of, and compliance for, the continuing education accreditations for engineering, including but not limited to, the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP). Designs and develops training programs through the Urban Engineers Training Institute, including external programs. Performs needs analyses and reviews organizational resources to ascertain that learning and development resources exist and are developed to support learning needs.

Natalie Schwab is the Training and Development Manager at Wollam Groups, LLC.  In this capacity, she is responsible to work with the entire Petroleum & Natural Gas Industry made up of International, National and State owned Oil Companies, Service Providers, Drilling Contractors and their suppliers.  Natalie has overseen the development of the Industry API Specification programs used by the American Petroleum Institute, various universities and private organizations.  Natalie holds a Bachelors of Administration in Education from the University of New Orleans and a M.Ed in Special Education from the University of St. Thomas.

Nancy is the AVP of Improvement Science and a Master Black Belt for Northwell Health.  Improvement Science is a division of Clinical Strategy and Development located within the Center for Learning & innovation, Northwell Health corporate university.  Her role is to work with senior leadershp to translate strategic goals and initiatives utilizing improvement science methodologies to drive improvement across the organization. She served on IACET Board of Directors from 2012-2015 and is currently a member of the Council of Standards. She is an adjunt instructor at Hofstra University Zarb School of Business MBA program in Business Analytics.

Dr. Lonny Wright, D.M., is the PRIDE Ascend and Academic Affairs Director for PRIDE Industries and a doctoral graduate of Colorado Technical University’s Doctor of Management program, where he pursued a concentration in Organizational Development and Change. Prior to this, Dr. Wright spent 32 years in the United States Army and retired as a Command Sergeant Major in 2008.  Dr. Wright currently works in the areas of industry and education partnerships, transition program development, change management, and management consulting.  He is an Organization Development Professional with the International Society for Organization Development and Change, as well as a member of the Association for Career and Technical Education, Counsel for Exceptional Children and Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education with a concentration in disability transition training.  Dr. Wright is a Professor at Saint Leo University where he teaches Principles of Management and Human Resource Management.  He also serves as the Chair on the Supervisory Committee for First Light Federal Credit Union and Serves on the Council for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training Standards Development.
