Dr Douglass has over 22 years of experience designing and delivering curricula for adults, inside and outside Academia. Dr Douglass tenured in Information Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As an administrator in higher education, Dr Douglass led admissions systems, customer relations management systems and degree audit systems development and implementation. She also led a successful academic program accreditation renewal process and masters program curriculum audit.
