Randy is a seasoned executive leader currently serving as the President and CEO of IACET, a non-profit accrediting body in the continuing education and training sector. With a focus on strategic vision and operational excellence, he effectively leads the organization to achieve its mission and goals. Randy has been with IACET since 2016, initially serving as Vice President of Technology and, later, as the Chief Information Officer.
With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles, Randy has a proven track record of driving organizational success. His expertise lies in aligning technological solutions with strategic objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

As the Chief Accreditation Officer, Karen is responsible for overseeing and implementing the accreditation application process and training solutions for the Commission and external stakeholders necessary to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the Board of Directors. She oversees the management of the application process, including appeals and denials, and the development and coordination of application workshops, application assistance webinars, and professional development learning events.
With over 20 years of experience as a continuing education professional and almost 15 years on the IACET Commission and as a Facilitator, she is an advocate for quality adult training, workforce development, and continuous improvement. Karen also serves as the staff liaison to the Competency-based Learning Task Force and the Distance Learning Taskforce.

As Vice President of Accreditation, Kelly oversees the accreditation application process, cadre of peer reviewers, and learning events related to your accreditation journey. Drawing from her more than 20 years of training and development experience in the military, federal government, corporate, and higher education sectors, she helps you find the right path to accomplish your goals, regardless of sector.
Before joining the IACET team, Kelly contributed to her organization’s reaccreditation process, led the initial accreditation process for another organization, participated on and chaired the Open Digital Credential taskforce, participated on the Competency Based Training taskforce, and served on IACET’s Board of Directors. Obsessed with integrating quality throughout the training ecosystem, Kelly believes in ensuring learners have access to training that helps them succeed in their careers, and organizations have the right people with the right skills in the right roles to accomplish their strategic goals.
She is your partner in achieving accreditation, recognizing the quality of your training program.

Bradley A. Davis, CAE, BRMP, is the Director of Training and Content Development for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training as well as the Principal and Founder of Arete Ink LLC, a development and design firm that helps organizational talent achieve its highest potential. His leadership philosophy — emphasizing equitably meeting subject matter experts, contractors, staff, clients, members, volunteers, and prospective personas where they are, whenever they are — has ensured strong connections across his various work environments, promoting life-long value throughout constituents’ tenure. Bradley graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.A. in History, in addition to earning both a Master of Military History and a Certificate in Teaching and Learning from Norwich University. A 2024 Forty Under 40 and 2024 – 2026 ASAE Diversity in Executive Leadership Scholar, he has earned the Business Relationship Management Professional credential from the BRM Institute as well as the Certified Associate Executive credential from ASAE.

Sherard Jones is the President of Strategic Futurist Consulting, an organization whose mission is to provide global leadership in Credentialing, Accreditation and Standards Development. Sherard has over 15 years of experience with IACET Accreditation in various roles and is committed to applying his expertise to support IACET in meeting its strategic goals. Sherard is currently a Lead Assessor for the ANSI-CAP program, has worked as Vice President of Education and Training for IAPMO, and was a past Chair of the IACET Commission. Sherard has 10+ years of experience in strategic program development and has partnered with clients having business needs varying from creating international workforce development programs to build capacity through training and credentialing — to creating and overseeing organizational restructuring plans.

Missy Thompson serves as the Director of Operations, where she brings over 15 years of experience in membership management, regulatory relations, and operational leadership. With a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and HR functions, Missy has a proven track record of streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. She has held key roles at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine and the American Public University System, where she was instrumental in managing licensing operations and fostering strong customer relationships.
Missy is skilled in project management and is proficient in various software systems, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Teams. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams, coupled with her expertise in budget management, payroll, and employee relations, positions her to drive organizational success. Outside of work, Missy is an active community volunteer, serving on several local boards, including the Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission.

As a Senior Accreditation Specialist, Jackie supports organizations in navigating the IACET accreditation process. She works with applicants and Commissioners throughout the application lifecycle, helps facilitate workshops and webinars, and manages core accreditation systems and resources. Jackie also leads discovery calls, develops case studies that highlight the impact of accreditation, and contributes to business development initiatives that expand IACET’s reach.
Jackie holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. She began her career as a financial analyst before transitioning into education as a classroom teacher and staff development leader, and later spent nearly a decade advancing business development, content strategy, and partnerships for learning businesses and associations. She is passionate about helping organizations deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences.

Holding the title of Membership & Communications Specialist, Jessica is charged with handling all member and prospective member inquires directly related to their account. She aides prospective members with any questions they may have in regards to our accreditation process.
With over 10 years of customer service and member service experience, representing the front line of IACET provides her with the opportunity to assist all of our valued providers and individual members to the best of her ability.
Jessica has also been appointed as the staff liaison for the Awards Committee as well as the Membership Committee.
