IACET Board Member Kris Newbauer Included in 100 Most Influential Global HR Leaders

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is proud to announce that at the 26th annual World Human Resource Development (HRD) Congress convened in Mumbai, India, on Thursday, 15 February, where IACET Executive Committee Member, Rotary International’s head of Global People & Talent, Kristopher J. Newbauer (pictured right), was recognized as one of the “100 Most Influential Global HR Leaders.” Kris was chosen as the only USA-based HR leader to receive this honor for 2018.

Kris was selected to receive this prestigious honor by a jury of his peers for his significant work with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the world’s largest professional association dedicated to workplace learning and performance and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), a global training provider accreditation body, and for his leadership over employee engagement and people and talent activities for Rotary’s global workforce.

In addition to receiving this award, Kris also addressed the conference on “Reimagining Performance Management: Improving Performance, Strengthening Relationships, and Engaging Talent Through the Power of Conversation.”
