This workshop will teach you how to identify and define educational learning objectives and goals in a SMART manner that creates structure and traceability. The acronym, SMART stands for:
S-Specific, M-Measurable, A-Achievable, R-Relevant and T-Time-Based
This interactive workshop is designed for educators, training managers, course developers, and facilitators.
You will walk away with the knowledge and understanding of how to build effective programs that are measurable, and data driven for continuous improvement.

- Analyze the alignment of organizational goals and learning objectives
- Create effective and measurable learning activities
- Develop course content and design of assessment and activities
- Evaluate methods to obtain learner feedback
