The more you focus on the people, NOT the camera and technology, the more impact any training can have on learning transfer. It takes more than clever activities, exercises, or mastery of coloration tools like breakout rooms and whiteboards to bring your virtual delivery to the next level.

Karen Vieth is InSync Training’s Director of Learning and Development Services where she and her team specialize in live, virtual, and blended learning. She has been in the virtual training field for more than twenty years and has delivered a variety of training programs designed to engage learners, elevate performance, and improve productivity.
Karen has a passion for training and enjoys sharing her knowledge with an energetic and creative approach to help individuals and organizations achieve results. Through storytelling and sharing real-life experiences, she makes learning inspiring and effective. She is a certified coach and is also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified which she uses her knowledge about psychological type preferences to develop successful strategies for her clients.
Karen is a pioneer in virtual training dating back to 1996 where she started her career in Academia and since has moved into corporate training. Her background includes graduating Summa cum Laude with a Master of Educational Leadership and Curriculum which allows her knowledge of adult learning Principles to enrich the classes she teaches as well as design meaningful content to be delivered both in person and online.
