The MBTI® assessment is a psychometric tool that gives you insight into what makes you... you. By developing a clearer sense of self-awareness and awareness of others, you are naturally more prepared to make decisions, reduce miscommunication, and understand personal needs more effectively. Through a series of questions, the MBTI assessment helps you identify your natural preferences by four areas of personality. Your natural preferences in these four areas sort you into one of 16 distinct MBTI personality types. Understanding these types gives you objective insight that you can use to enhance your professional and personal relationships, as well as your direction, focus, and choices.

By the end of this webinar, learners will be able to list differences in:

* How energy is directed (focusing on the outside world, interacting with people or focusing on your inner world and reflecting on ideas, memories, and experiences)
* How information is received (using the five senses to perceive or looking for relationships and patterns)
* How conclusions are formed (logical analysis or considering what's important to those involved)
* How individuals approach the 'outside world' (planned/orderly or flexible/spontaneous)

What the MBTI can do...
