Tasha Lester

A Creator passionate about people and multifaceted in skills and abilities. Extensive experience in adult learning, blended learning solutions, and training program development. Client experience span across a wide range of industries including financial, government, higher education, private sector, and healthcare.

Expertise in developing content and curriculum for blended learning projects including instructor-led, online, self-paced, and virtual. Plan, implement, and assess instructional design activities, and identify and work with subject matter experts, trainers, and participants.

Within instructional design, I analyze, design, and develop instructor-led, online, mobile, and virtual learning projects. I work as an independent consultant collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create curriculum content, training programs, competency models, assessments, and evaluations.
