  2. Identify interview "anxiety" can be caused by "good" stress or "bad" stress and the physiological differences that impact both body and brain performance in an interview setting.
  3. Leverage simple VAK interventions, physical movement, "power poses," and other multi-modality learning techniques with adult job seekers in an instructor led classroom that can shift biochemistry to decrease self-reported "anxiety" and increase "confidence" by 45% prior to interviewing.
