Are you instructing learners that have issues with confidence or anxiety? In this webinar attendees will:
- Recognize that 92% of all interviewees have self-reported high "anxiety" going into interviewing scenarios which can impact their performance in interviews.
- Identify interview "anxiety" can be caused by "good" stress or "bad" stress and the physiological differences that impact both body and brain performance in an interview setting.
- Leverage simple VAK interventions, physical movement, "power poses," and other multi-modality learning techniques with adult job seekers in an instructor led classroom that can shift biochemistry to decrease self-reported "anxiety" and increase "confidence" by 45% prior to interviewing.
