Gulfstream Services Inc.
I have been in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years. I started out as an assistant in the quality department with Halliburton in 1997. During my 15 year career with Halliburton I held multiple positions within the quality and maintenance divisions. My most rewarding position was my last as a Performance Advancement Coordinator for the Gulf of Mexico Maintenance Division. It was during this time I assisted in the development of the global maintenance competency system. I left Halliburton in January of 2013 when I was offered the Training and Competency Manager position at Gulfstream Services, Inc. In my current position with GSI, I have facilitated the development and implemented the company competency system. Helping to develop employees and build a career plan for them is the most rewarding to me.
