Sterling, VA, August 26, 2026 –The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is pleased to announce Amie Royer, CEO of AIR Child Care Training Solutions, as Secretary of its Board of Directors.
Royer brings extensive experience in continuing education, workforce development, organizational leadership, professional advocacy, and early childhood education to the role. As CEO of AIR Child Care Training Solutions, she leads an organization providing approved childcare professional development across all 50 states through state childcare quality rating systems.

Royer has led AIR Child Care Training Solutions since 2006, with responsibilities spanning organizational operations, educational programming, publishing, customer relations, marketing, human resources, and professional advocacy. Her career also includes experience in healthcare and nursing leadership, contributing to her broad perspective on education, workforce preparation, safety, and organizational management.
Her advocacy work has extended beyond her organization. Royer played a key role in collaborating with Ohio legislators to successfully advocate for changes to the Ohio Revised Code, expanding access to online professional development opportunities for childcare professionals across the state. She continues to work with legislators, policy leaders, and advocates to support accessible, high-quality professional development nationwide.
Royer also brings established IACET governance experience to the Secretary position. She currently serves her second term on the IACET Board of Directors and is in her third year of service on the IACET Education Committee. Her previous IACET service includes the Governance Committee and Early Childhood Education Advisory Board. She is also an active member of the National Association of Regulatory Administration Professional Development Committee.
