Where Practice Meets Perspective

IACET Community Collective is a monthly peer exchange where continuing education and training professionals connect around the practices, challenges, and questions shaping quality learning. Each conversation focuses on a different area of practice and invites participants to share real-world approaches, lessons learned, and examples from their own organizations. The goal is practical exchange: hear how peers are approaching similar work, contribute your own perspective, and leave with ideas you can consider and adapt within your organization. Insights from the conversation may also help IACET identify shared challenges and peer practices that can inform future resources for the broader community.

This Month’s Focus: Organization, Responsibility & Control Quality

Organization, Responsibility & Control Quality in continuing education and training is rarely the responsibility of one person. This month, we’ll look at the practices organizations use to make learning quality a shared responsibility across teams, programs, and roles. The conversation will focus on how organizations involve stakeholders in learning decisions, use evidence to identify opportunities for improvement, establish accountability when issues arise, and create greater consistency across programs and teams. Participants will be encouraged to share specific approaches from their own organizations and what they have learned from putting those practices into action. Come ready to connect, share, and learn from the experience of your peers.
