Ena Primous brings over 20 years of combined experience in finance and higher education.
She currently manages the budget for the C-suite Sector of a multi-campus community college in the Midwest, having previously overseen the Operations Sector. In this capacity, Ena supports executives with strategic financial decisions related to significant college resources. She also evaluates and recommends improvements to business processes to ensure compliance with Board Policy, Administrative Procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Additionally, Ena is co-leading a workforce planning initiative focused on evaluating and strengthening the institution’s long-term strategic outlook within the educational sector.
Beyond her administrative duties, Ena has taught college orientation courses as an adjunct faculty member. She has completed a Project Management course and intends to pursue certification soon.
Ena has earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Rockhurst University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.

As the Vice President of Technology for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training Randy is responsible for overseeing and implementing the technological solutions necessary to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the Board of Directors.
With over 20 years of experience as a full-stack developer, providing software and IT solutions within the non-profit and government verticals, he is an expert in the design, development, and implementation of membership management systems, focusing on tightly integrating technology platforms for associations.
