This workshop will be held at ASTM International, one of our Accredited Providers. They are located in Conshohocken, PA, which is 23 miles/45 minutes outside of Philadelphia/
This IACET Accredited Provider Workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the IACET Accredited Provider application process.
This live event will guide you through the foundational concepts of the 2018 Standard and how to apply them to your continuing education and training operations. The workshop includes interactive exercises and examples to help you visualize the necessary components for submitting a successful AP application, and what to expect when feedback is requested from IACET. The instructor-led workshop is a collaborative event where you will be able to assemble and validate your application submission evidence.
The workshop will be an interactive event that has the following learning outcomes:
- Identify the types of documents required by each element in the application and reapplication.
- Create and/or modify internal policies and procedures that are compliant with the ANSI/ IACET Standard and required as evidence in the (re)application.
- Create a plan to ensure Standard compliance throughout their organizations.
- Describe and practice the steps needed for sound Instructional Design
The agenda for the day includes many opportunities to work in small groups to identify which documents are expected for each element. In those small groups learners have the opportunity to draft process documents that will be evaluated for compliance with the IACET standard.
