About
Smart Buildings Academy provides online training for the building automation industry. We provide online, asynchronous, self-paced training for workforce development.
We work with large institutions, OEM's, and building automation contractors to develop their new and existing employees and to shorten the time that it takes to get their employees productive.
Our training process begins with an online skills assessment that enables us to pinpoint technical skills gaps for our customers. From there we can use our library of over 30+ courses to deliver a custom training curriculum to close those skills gaps.
At the end of the training process, we reassess the learning to validate that they improved in their knowledge of key subject areas.
