About
The Army Management Staff College (AMSC) has been at the forefront of Army Civilian Leader Development for over 30 years. AMSC is the executive agent for the Civilian Education System (CES), a progressive leader development program that provides educational opportunities for members of the Army Civilian Corps throughout their career. The methods of delivery consist of distributed Learning (DL), face-to-face instruction, and blended learning. CES provides four primary levels of Civilian development and an overview for Senior Leaders: Foundation Course (FC), Direct Leadership Course (DLC), Organizational Leadership Course (OLC), Enterprise Leadership Course (ELC), and the Continuing Education for Senior Leaders Course (CESL). Additional DL Courses include: Action Officer Development Course, Leader Development Course, Manager Development Course, Supervisor 101, Supervisor Development Course & Refresher, and Supervisor Development Course for Executives. The college serves the entire Department of the Army Civilian Workforce.
