October 29, 2020

1:00–2:00 pm EDT

A learning and development (L&D) program's vision, mission, and value statements are its grounding message.  Together, these form the foundation upon which employee learning resides. It clarifies the intention of the L&D department by broadly defining what it does and providing the direction for the training path. The key to accreditation is to create a direct alignment with the organization's mission and value statements.

By the end of this webinar, learners will be able to:
- Describe the value of aligning vision, mission and value statement to the learning department
- Explain the steps to writing the L&D department's mission and value statement
- Assess your organization's mission and vision statement.
