I have more than twenty years of experience practicing instructional design, training delivery, and instructor coaching to international audiences of professional facilitators; and, I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development

My training design and delivery experience includes designing traditional classroom-based training, as well as webinars and eLearning modules; and, delivering Instructor Skills training (train-the-trainer) to subject matter experts who are transitioning into the role of classroom or webinar instructor.
