Bureau of Labor Statistics and US Census occupation, skills and education related data are vast and easily accessible. Learner analytics and prior learning information are often available from your organizations current systems. By examining and organizing relationships between the data on hand, we can begin to inform prospective learners in new and meaningful ways. Understanding the motivations and challenges of prospective learners is critical to informing how to best present content related to professional development options that address their needs. By identifying connections between the perspective of the learner and the courses, skills and career options they aim to pursue, we can create a more efficient pathway to best fit options.
