As CEO, president and founder of Global Business Solutions, Inc. (GBSI), a Pensacola-based company that provides Information Technology and Enterprise Training to DOD, Government and Commercial companies, Randy provides executive leadership and vision that directs and manages the daily operations of the company.
In 2010, Randy founded the Global Business Solutions Institute. The Institute provides humanitarian and Christian ministry services world-wide, and Randy participates in Institute work in Indonesia and Guatemala.
In 2011, Randy mentored his two daughters in the founding of Key Innovations, Inc. (KI). KI is an Orlando-based company that provides technical training and electronic classroom support services. Randy also mentors employees of GBSI in their business endeavors and activities.
For three years in a row, GBSI has been ranked by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States and the fastest growing company in Pensacola in 2012 and 2013.
GBSI partnered with the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and the University of West Florida to bring the YEA program to Pensacola.
Randy is president of the board of directors for the Pensacola Chapter of The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). AFCEA is a non-profit membership association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships.
Randy serves as a founding board member of Innovation Coast. Innovation Coast is a group of tech-focused companies and organizations working together to cultivate an innovative and creative business environment in Northwest Florida.
Randy’s additional board activities include industry representative tor Workforce Escarosa.
GBSI is a supporting member of the Pensacola State College Foundation.
Randy and his wife Terri have resided in Pensacola for 25 years. They have two daughters, April and Erin, who are both graduates of Florida State University. April has blessed them with two granddaughters, Chloe and Ella. When not working, Randy enjoys being outside, traveling with his family, and encountering new experiences.
