Record-Keeping Resource – ACE (American Council on Education)

 
Each IACET Authorized Provider must maintain a complete, permanent (at least seven years) record of each learner's participation, and must be capable of providing a copy of that record upon request. Being an IACET Authorized Provider provides you with the opportunity to utilize the benefits of the ACE CEU Transcript Service.   The American Council on Education’s (ACE) CEU Transcript Service offers a lifelong record and transcript service for those who have successfully completed continuing education courses through Authorized Providers of IACET. 

This service enables adult learners to present a nationally recognized transcript to the college or university of their choice, to employers, or to document a required training for a licensed professional.  For more information, visit the ACE CEU Transcript Service website at http://www.acenet.edu/programs/CEU.

The annual CEU membership fee for 2009 ranges from $850 to $2,000 depending on the number of courses submitted to ACE within the calendar year.  The fee includes data uploads for all courses and participants, 24/7 transcript web site, and access to the Lifelong Learning Resource Center.

Individual fees include $40 for registering and establishing an account with the transcript service.  This fee does include one complimentary transcript.  Additional transcripts are $15.
