IACET Board of Directors 

The Board of Directors represents constituent groups, by developing, revising, and maintaining standards for continuing education and training in accordance with IACET’s mission, strategic objectives, bylaws, and policies and procedures.  The Board makes policies and directs the activities of the Association.  The composition of the Board generally reflects as closely as possible the Association membership.  It is composed of the Officers, the immediate Past President, and no more than fifteen other persons.  A majority of the directors are elected by the members.  The Chair of the Council on Standards Development and the Chair of the IACET Commission serve as ex-officio non-voting members of the Board.
