| Description: | The Professional College of Engineers and Land Surveyors (Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico, CIAPR) was founded in 1938, through an act in law no. 319. The CIAPR represents all professionals in engineering and surveying in Puerto Rico. In addition to that, we have the 185 law, and this law requires continuing education for all engineers and surveyors. For this reason, our organization promotes the professional development, continuing eduation and the professional ethics code. |
