Business Policies
IACET General Business Policies:
Event Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at the IACET office in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop; a service charge of 20 percent will be deducted from all refunds. In lieu of a refund, registrations may be transferred to an alternate workshop within 6 months of the original workshop date. The transfer request must be received two weeks prior to the originally scheduled workshop date; otherwise a service charge of 40% will be applied to the registration fee.
Product Cancellation Policy: A 10 percent cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 30 days of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: IACET, 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102 or emailed to info@iacet.org. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
Donation Cancellation Policy: A 10 percent cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 30 days of donation. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: IACET, 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102 or emailed to info@iacet.org. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
ANSI/IACET Standards Purchase Policy: Purchase of the ANSI/IACET Standards is non-refundable. These materials are copyrighted Intellectual Property and purchase represents potential use.
Authorized Provider Application Fee Policy: The Authorized Provider application fee is non-refundable.
