Business Policies
IACET General Business Policies:
Event Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at the IACET office in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop; a service charge of 20 percent will be deducted from all refunds. Please note that IACET reserves the right to cancel this workshop if necessary; of course refunds will be paid in full. In lieu of a refund registrations may be transferred to an alternate workshop, within 6 months of the original workshop date.
Product Cancellation Policy: A 10 percent cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 30 days of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: IACET, 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102 or emailed to info@iacet.org. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
Donation Cancellation Policy: A 10 percent cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 30 days of donation. ANSI/IACET Standards Purchase Policy: Purchase of the ANSI/IACET Standards is non-refundable. These materials are copyrighted Intellectual Property and purchase represents potential use.
